The Xchange Hotel became a Melbourne gay institution in the 25 years of trading from 1986 to 2011. There are many stories to tell, experiences to be relived and old friends to catch up with. Come along for the ride as I attempt to tell the story of the Xchange in words, music and video for you and a younger generation who may hear the name Xchange but wonder what it was all about.

This site is dedicated to the 100's of staff and entertainers, 1000's of customers and the people we have lost over the years. There are literally 100's of videos, photos and other memorabilia to go through. This will be a work in progress but I think the time is right to relive the History that was the Xchange!
